Dr. Sunil Kumar Mishra is a distinguished legal professional, academician, researcher and industry leader with over 23 years of experience spanning legal advocacy, higher education, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, Legal Compliance and Plant Management.
He currently serves as Director – Human Resources, Corporate Affairs & Legal, where he provides strategic leadership across people management, talent development, employee engagement, industrial relations, statutory compliance, corporate affairs, legal matters and plant operations. His professional journey reflects a unique blend of legal expertise, academic excellence and corporate leadership, enabling him to bridge the worlds of law, education and industry with a strong focus on governance, compliance and organisational growth.
Dr. Mishra has led and contributed to 10+ research projects in collaboration with institutions including Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology and India Glycols Limited, and currently leads strategic research initiatives at Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath AYUSH University. He is the author of five books and has published 45+ research papers in reputed national and international journals. He has also served as a co-supervisor of Ph.D. research and as a mentor to M.Tech, MBA and LL.M. scholars, while contributing to academic councils, senates, research committees and reputed legal journals.
His contributions to academia, industry and society have earned him several honours, including a citation from the Honourable Governor of Himachal Pradesh and recognition as a Gold Medalist in Legal Research (2019). He has also been honoured with distinctions such as Best HOD and Best Employee, along with recognition for various social initiatives.
