Dr. L. Prathiba

Dr. L. Prathiba is an Associate Professor and Head of Business Analytics, Department of MBA, Ashoka Women’s Engineering College, Kurnool, with over a decade of teaching experience in Business Management. She earned her Ph.D. from Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati.

She has published 20+ research papers, authored books on Stress Management and Business Research Methodology & Analytics, and holds two patents in IoT and AI-based Health Monitoring Systems. A recipient of the Best Women Faculty Award (2024) and International Achievers Award (2025), Global Research Excellence Award (2026). she actively contributes as a resource person, researcher, and academic leader in Business Analytics and women empowerment.
