Dr. Chadalavada Varalakshmi

Dr. Chadalavada Varalakshmi working as Head of the Department of MBA in Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada has 10 years of experience in teaching. She finished her Doctorate in the Philosophy in the field of Business Management from Sri Padmavati Vishwa vidyalayam, Tirupati under the guidance of Professor J. Katyayani. Especially her research area is Financial Technology in Ph.D. She done her Postgraduation in the Management Studies from Vignan Deemed to be University, Guntur. Especially she has expertise in the different areas such as Fintech, Finance, Human resource Management.

She is continuous learner and published more than 40 research papers in various Scopus, ABDC and UGC CARE journals. Attended more than 30-Faculty Development Programmes, various International, National Conferences, Seminars and Webinars. She authored various books and book chapters. She is a reviewer for various National and International peer reviewed journals. She served as a Resource Person for various Webinars, Guest Talks and Workshops. She is a dedicated academician and researcher.
