Description
I am not a poet, nor a trained writer, but I am a true lover of literature. I don’t claim to have the art of elegant expression, nor the mastery to weave words into perfect verse. Yet, I do not lack emotion, passion, or courage.
What I have written may not meet the standards of structured poetry or lyrical rhythm, but these words, though free in form, are filled with heartfelt expression. I simply let my thoughts flow, raw, imperfect, and unpolished, guided only by my feelings.
Though I have always had an unbreakable bond with the pen as a journalist, writing poetry was a different journey. My pen hesitated at first, but never stopped. These poems are my humble attempt to say what I could never fully express in any other form.
Most of all, they are dedicated to my life partner, my wife, who has stood by me at every step of life. I also offer them as a heartfelt tribute to my friends, siblings, and entire family.
These poems are my first flight into this form of expression. How well I’ve done, that, dear readers, I leave to your kind judgment. I eagerly await your thoughts and feedback.
