In contrast, Ayan’s love is born from the soil of the earthly world. It begins with possession and burns in the flames of ego. His love is driven by an intense desire to have. While Radha does not love Krishna in order to possess Him, but to live through Him, Ayan seeks to make Radha his own so that he may affirm his identity before the world. This story is a fictional, fast-paced retelling of Ayan’s journey—a journey that begins within the narrow confines of ordinary worldly love and ultimately reaches the highest form of self-sacrifice, where his very existence dissolves into complete self-annihilation.
