Vijay Singh

Mr. Vijay Singh is a dedicated teaching and research professional in Agronomy. He holds an M.Sc. (Agriculture) in Agronomy from ICAR–Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat, and is qualified with ASRB–ICAR–NET. Currently, he is serving as Assistant Professor (Agronomy) in the Faculty of Agriculture, Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo, Bathinda. He has actively participated in several national and international conferences and seminars, and has presented as well as published multiple research and review papers in reputed forums.

His academic and research interests are focused on sustainable agricultural practices and integrated approaches to crop production. Earlier, he authored a manual titled “Manual: Fundamentals of Agronomy”, which has been well received by students and professionals. The present Manual on Farming System is an extension of his continued efforts to provide practical, scientific, and student-friendly learning resources in the field of agriculture.
