
Sushil Mishra is a sensitive poet and writer of contemporary Hindi literature. He was born in Madhya Pradesh. His father was Late Shri Sitaram Mishra and his mother was Late Smt. Kamla Mishra. He currently resides in Harda, Madhya Pradesh.
Sushil Mishra has pursued higher education in Sociology. He is a Ph.D. research scholar in Sociology and has also obtained an M.Phil. degree in the same subject. He was awarded the distinction of Gold Medalist in M.Sc. Sociology in 2010 from Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
He is currently working as a Coordinator for Capacity Building and Training under the Jal Jeevan Mission, Madhya Pradesh. Previously, he has served as an Assistant Professor of Sociology and as a trained Programme Officer of the National Service Scheme (NSS) at RKDF University, Bhopal.
His major published works include the poetry collections “Ehsaas” and “Anadi.” His main interests include poetry, short stories, writing, and traveling to natural places. For his contributions to literature, he has received several honors, including the National Prestige Award 2023, Srijan Sahitya Mahotsav Award, a Certificate of Appreciation in 2022, and the Shabd.in Best Article Writer Award 2020.
