Prof. Dr. Minu. S. R.

Prof. Dr. Minu S. R. is currently serving as Professor cum Vice Principal at Rama College of Nursing, Rama University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. She holds a Ph.D. in Nursing from Shri Venkateswara University, Uttar Pradesh, and has a total of 14 years of professional experience, including 13 years in collegiate nursing education and 1 year as a bedside nurse.

She completed her B.Sc. Nursing from St. Gregorios College of Nursing, Parumala, Kerala, and M.Sc. Nursing in Child Health Nursing from K.N.N College of Nursing, Bangalore. A recipient of the World Best Teacher Award by UIJIR Academic Research Foundation in 2022, she has authored a textbook on Management Process published by Wesley Publications, published over 30 research papers, and contributed 3 book chapters.

She is also a lifetime member of TNAI, the Nursing Research Society of India, and the UIJIR Academic Research Foundation.
