Pramod Singh Rautela

Pramod Singh Rautela is a Mechanical Engineer with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a B.Tech degree from BITS Pilani. With over 7 years of professional experience in leading automobile OEMs, he has developed a strong foundation in manufacturing and engineering processes.

Alongside his career, he is the founder and host of MOBCAST, a podcast where he engages with B.Tech graduates and young professionals, exploring their journeys, challenges, and aspirations. His deep interest in engineering, coupled with his curiosity for people’s stories, allows him to bring fresh insights to both technical and personal growth conversations. When not working on machines or podcasts, Pramod can be found exploring new places on his bike, driven by his passion for adventure and discovery.
