
Dr. Seema Kumari is the daughter of Shri Sudeshwar Chaudhary and Smt. Shakuntala Devi, and the wife of Dr. Amit Kumar Mishra. She is the mother of a daughter named Smita. Academically accomplished, she holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Hindi.
Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hindi at R.S.S. Mahila College, Sitamarhi, which is affiliated with Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.
Dr. Kumari has made significant contributions to Hindi literature, with over two dozen articles, reviews, and memoirs published in national and international journals. In recognition of her literary work, she has been honored with the "Hindi Ratna" award by the Bihar Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Patna.
She hails from Janipur village, located in the Nanpur police station area of Sitamarhi district, Bihar.
