Dr. S Umamaheswari

Dr. S. Umamaheswari, Associate professor, School of Management Studies, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. She is an accomplished academician and researcher specializing in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Operations, and Finance. She has published over 25 research papers in reputed international and national journals, along with a book and multiple book chapters.

Her research contributions have earned 214 Google Scholar citations and 36 Scopus citations. She successfully organized an AICTE-ATAL sponsored Faculty Development Program in January 2025 on Industry 4.0 and sustainable development. She has also been selected by UGC (BSS) to author a Tamil book on entrepreneurship. Currently, she is guiding five Ph.D. scholars and actively contributing as a reviewer for leading academic journals.
