Dr. Rakesh Nehra

Dr. Rakesh Nehra holds BVSc & AH and MVSc degrees in Animal Genetics and Breeding and is NET Qualified. He completed his veterinary education from Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Hisar, with distinction at the postgraduate level. He is presently working as an Assistant Professor at Sri Ganganagar Veterinary College, Tantia University, Rajasthan. He has published research articles in reputed international journals such as Tropical Animal Health and Production and Small Ruminant Research. His academic interests focus on animal breeding, genetic evaluation of livestock, and the use of modern statistical and machine learning methods to improve animal performance and productivity.
