Dr. N. Ravia Shabnam Parveen

Dr. N. Ravia Shabnam Parveen is the Head of the Department and Associate Professor in the Department of MCA at LEAD College (Autonomous), Palakkad. She holds M.C.A., M.Phil., M.E. (CSE), and Ph.D. degrees, with over 18 years of teaching and research experience in Computer Science and Applications. Her areas of specialization include Python Programming, Big Data Analytics, Data Science, and Image Processing. She has published several research papers in national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed journals, particularly in the areas of medical image processing and artificial intelligence.

She has authored books in Information Technology and Computer Organization and has also filed a patent in Cyber Security. Dr. Shabnam has served as a resource person, keynote speaker, and technical expert in various academic and research programmes. She is actively involved in academic leadership, research, innovation, and mentoring students in emerging technologies
