Dr. Mohammad Jalaluddin

Dr. Mohammad Jalaluddin is a graduate (BDS) from Utkal University, Odisha and postgraduate (MDS) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences(RGUHS), Bangalore in Periodontics & Implantology. He also possess Honorary PhD in Periodontics. He is a good clinician and academician. He has eighteen years of academic experience and at present he is working as Professor & Head, PG & PhD Guide in the department of Periodontics & Oral Implantology, KIDS, KIIT Deemed University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He is a professional life member of IDA ISP, ISPRP, ISOI. He has original research articles published in indexed journals.

He is also an editorial board member of many reputed journals. He has authored a book titled ‘Nanotechnology in Periodontics” and Co-authored books titled “Biomarkers in Dentistry”. He is very proactive in conducting and participating in conferences, symposiums etc. He had been invited very often to deliver Keynote lecture, Guest lectures in national IDA, ISP and state coferences from different societies. He practices dentistry as a passion. He is also a Law graduate (LLB) from Utkal university and hpursue a keen interest in medical jurisprudence. He is a Fellow of International College of Dentists (FICD) and Fellow of Pierre Fauchard Academy (FPFA).

He is the founder and CEO of Odissi society of Periodontology and Implantology. (OSPI) He has also the winner of FAMDENT, IHPA, IERP for his excellence in dental healthcare and social initiatives. He is also the Honorary Secretary of ISP Study group Bhubaneswar-Cuttack/Periodisha and Joint Secretary of IDA Odisha State Branch. He is also a former EC member of National ISP. He is also a fellow of School of Dental Implants, Hyd. Being an academician, mentor, he also runs his own private clinic in Cuttack by name Dr. Jalal’s Dental and Implant Clinic. He is also an Dental Council of India Inspector and has been as an Internal/External Examiner/Expert to many central, state and deemed universities in india for BDS , MDS and PhD Exams.
