Dr. Kamalshikha Baheti

Dr. Kamalshikha Baheti is a distinguished academician and orthodontist dedicated to advancing knowledge, innovation, and excellence in the field of Orthodontics. With a strong commitment to clinical practice, research, and mentorship, she actively contributes to the growth and development of orthodontic education.

She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Rural Dental College, Loni, Maharashtra, in 2003, and earned her Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Orthodontics from D.Y. Patil University, Pune, Maharashtra, in 2010. Her academic career began at Maharashtra Aditya Dental College, Beed, where she developed a keen interest in teaching and research.

In 2013, she joined the College of Dental Sciences and Hospital, Rau, Indore, as an Assistant Professor and Postgraduate Guide. Since 2022, she has been serving as Professor and Postgraduate Guide at Sri Aurobindo College of Dentistry, Indore.

Dr. Baheti’s professional interests focus on research and innovation, particularly in AI-augmented CBCT analysis and root resorption risk prediction systems. She holds an international patent in this domain and has authored several publications in national and international journals. She has also contributed to academic textbooks in Orthodontics.

A Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy (USA) and Convenor of the Madhya Pradesh Orthodontic Study Group, Dr. Baheti strongly advocates collaborative learning and continuous professional development. She remains committed to strengthening the bridge between research, innovation, and clinical practice to advance orthodontic education and enhance patient care.
