Prof. Dr. Janardhana Amaranath B.J.

Prof. Dr. Janardhana Amaranath B.J. is a distinguished academician, clinician, and researcher with over 23 years of experience in dental education and clinical periodontology. He presently serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Periodontology at Rama Dental College, Hospital & Research Centre, Rama University, Kanpur. Dr. Amaranath’s academic and clinical interests encompass periodontal regeneration, Implantology, LASER applications in periodontics, and the periodontal medicine.

He has guided numerous postgraduate research dissertations and has published extensively in reputed national and international journals. A recognized mentor and academic leader, Dr. Amaranath has organized and delivered several continuing dental education (CDE) programs and workshops aimed at advancing periodontal practice and research. His contributions to evidence-based periodontal therapy, academic excellence, and clinical innovation have significantly enriched dental education and professional practice in India.
