Dr. Hemlata Mishra

Dr. Hemlata Mishra, Dean, Student Welfare, Sridev Suman Uttarakhand University, is also the author of the books “Indian Nuclear Policy: Changing Paradigms and Contexts” and “Contemporary Issues and Challenges of Human Rights in India.” Besides being active in various academic activities, she has published research papers in national and international journals.
